While not technically a bakery and are in fact a gelato shop, the entire place is 100% gluten free. They have the biggest range of gluten free gelato you may ever see, and of course the cones are gluten free as well. They also have other gluten free products, like a warm ice cream sandwich brioche (probably not the real name but you get the idea).
Recommendation: On a hot day- treat yourself to the fancy cone. On a cold day, the warm ice cream brioche is the one to get!
Open: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat-Sun 12pm-10pm

Old Spitalfields Marker
The Polkadot Bakery is a 100% Gluten Free and Vegan stall located at Old Spitalfields Market every weekend. They have a variety of brownies, cake pots, and cookie sandwiches, including the half pound chocolate chip cookie... which is exactly what it says it is!

Bakeries with Gluten Free Options
(These are places that I enjoy and have found safe to eat at, but as always please make your own judgement based on your comfort levels!)

Chiswick
While this cafe spot isn't 100% gluten free, and not strictly a bakery either - Chateau Chiswick is my number one spot for patisserie in London. In the entrance, there is an array of stunning cakes and patisserie that you will be so pleased to know is mostly gluten free (bar a couple with oreos). This is also a lovely spot for brunch!
Recommendation: Layered Chocolate Cake
Open: Mon–Sat 9am - 10pm, Sun 9am-7pm
